Battery charger says charged, lights are bright, turn key and power gauge doesn't move. Was running fine yesterday.

Have you checked the fuses in the fuse panel with voltmeter?

Should be located under drivers seat.

If battery gage does not show voltage, there is break in wires between battery pack and the controls. With charger still working, the battery pack and cables are ok, so problem is in cables or control wires off the battery pack. Look at all the cables to the drive motors and to the controllers. Any one bad connection or cable kills the whole system.
