My Ford think was working just fine. I washed it, dried it

Customer Question

Juan. My Ford think was working just fine. I washed it, dried it would off and let it sit for a while. I went out to ride it again and it came on fine and I drove a few hundred feet. Turned it off to pick up a passenger, turned it on, screen shows full battery power but now there is a wrench sign and it won't move backwards or forward. What can I do?
