Do you get any noise? Electric has no slippage! The drive motor is direct drive to the transmission.

Usually when the motor strops out, there will be noise from the coupler slipping.

there is a chatter. Stop acceleration and slowly accelerate it's fine. Faster acceleration it seems to slip and chatter.

If noise is at drive motor area, the coupler on the motor is problem.

If at wheel area, brake drum is stripped on axle shaft.
