Education Law Questions? Ask an Education Lawyer
Hello: This isCustomer Welcome to JustAnswer! I am reviewing your post, and I will post my response very shortly. Thank you for your patience.
You need a simple notarized letter to the School Superintendent and the Principal that your friend (full name and address) would be there during school hours to attend to your child and that you request the school's cooperation. You need to state why you need this friend to be at the school. You would sign the letter in front of a Notary Public.
The letter should have your full name, address, phone number, and e-mail address.
Your friend should keep a copy of the notarized letter.
