Are the school employees refusing to speak with you at all?

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
It is not my child but yes, they are refusing to speak to us on the subject
Customer: replied 3 months ago.
by us I mean me or his parents

I have been looking at this since you asked this question. Georgia Education laws does not specifically say anything about gag orders by a school district. My answers to your prior questions addressed information that a parent is entitled to under the Georgia Open Records Act and FERPA.
