Customer Question

On several occasions I have plugged in my reader, reconnected to wi-fi and left it for overnight with no results. Any suggestions about what I am doing wrong? Thanks. Georgeann
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: It is a 3.2*1 version but I don't remember how old it is, maybe 5-6 years.
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: It has always worked well, but not with this update. On the settings page it indicates no wi-fi.
JA: Anything else you want the eReader expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: now I have 3 options for wi-fi but I don't have a password ***** any of these.

Would you like me to connect to your computer and do them for you?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
I do not wish to be charged extra for the service.
Expert:  Richard replied 1 month ago.

no problem, can I ask then you carefully read and follow the instructions I typed out for you.

You replied

Yet the instructions tell you type type in

The first line of the instructions included +R but never mind, this has been most frustrating. I have tried twice more and get into other Windows options, no wireless. So If the reader stops working it does, I give up!!
