It is not an e reader question. I have an older kindle. I am unable to order books on it. I have ordered many books before, but recently have been unable to order now. What do I need to do?
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: kindle 3.2.1 ###-##-#### I have address numbers, serial # if you need those. It is has wi-fi and 3g
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I hadn't used it in a while. When I charged it and tried to buy a book it wouldn't allow me to. I have hooked up to internet, restarted it, edited my credit card, message says "your kindle is unable to connect at this time. please make sure you are within wireless range and try again. If the problem persists, please restart your kindle from the Menu in Settings and try again". I did thisl

Customer: I have purchased books on my chromebook, and have received them on cloud for this device. I want to receive books on my individual Kindle device.
