i have been downloading from Audible to my kindle for several years. Now the last three books ordered have not appeared on my kindle. I have removed all books that were on the home page, and I do not get any notices. Did the last upgrade have anything to it?
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: it is a keyboard several years old.
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I started with audible and they said everything seems in order. This is the first time I have had any trouble The support group in Costa Rica were not able to help, but tried.
JA: Anything else you want the eReader expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I have two kindles, both with keyboards. I have been trying different WiFi connections. Have been unsuccessful. So evidently that is where the problem is. Thank you

If you go to settings, Wifi, does it show the Kindle as being connected to your wifi network?

No. The settings given from my supplier do not work. Tried several times, so am going to find out today. There is a local office for Charter.
