Kindle Fire stopped working. Fully charged (I believe) took of charger - will not turn on.
JA: What's the make and model of your tv, and has turning it on been a problem in the past?
Customer: has never been problem
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: about 4 hours - don't know how to troubleshoot
JA: Anything else you want the eReader expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Just want it to work! Do I need anything at hand? I have my kindle fire before me.
