My kindle keeps saying the password ***** have entered is incorrect. how can you "manually set up your network?
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: It is pretty new. I bought it late this past summer . It is a paper white I think. I just gave up trying until now.
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: From the beginning. I have not tried any trouble shooting.
