I have misplaced my password ***** my kindle and I need it to get back in. Is there anyway you can help me
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: It's a kindle fire and it's about 3 years old
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I had to take it back to reboot it

On the password ***** type 'resetmykindle' without the quotations as the password. This will reset the device to factory, however Amazon saves all of your purchases so that you don't lose them. Simply reregister the Kindle with the same username and password ***** before.
