If this is about Kindle books, please try the following fix:
- Click on the Amazon website below:
, and sign in your Amazon account if prompted.
, there, you can click on your current card and edit it, or delete it if you do not use that card any more., and if you have a new card, you can click on the option Add a card and continue.
- If needed, at the above website, click on option Mange 1-Click settings at the above website, then there, check / edit that your correct default address and payment method.
- And if needed, sign in your amazon account at the website below:
, then there, click on Settings near the top right, then click on option Edit Payment Method. Then select your correct card, and continue. (And/or add your new card (scroll down), and continue.)
