My Kindle Fire is beginning to give me a red screen. I want

Customer Question

My Kindle Fire is beginning to give me a red screen. I want to move or copy my pictures FROM the Kindle Fire TO my computer while I still can. I can find no useful explanation on how to do it.
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: Kindle fire 7 5th generation. I have had it about one year.
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Reddish tinge to screen several days. Intermittent. Geek squad cannot repair it. Repair seems to mean taking it back to factory settings which means I need to move the pictures. I am not a techie so trying to follow online directions gave me a headache. But i still need to move those pictures. How do I do that?
JA: Anything else you want the eReader expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No. I just need to know how to move the pictures FROM Kindle Fire TO computer.
