My Kindle is locked up by a McAffee security app. Help. It is asking for a pin I do not have and the email account it is linked to is not active.
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?

Customer: I have tried calling McAffee they sent me to email help that I cannot access

This can usually be resolved by a forced reboot, then your kindle will work normally again. Slide or press and hold the power switch for 40 seconds, then release.
