I cannot receive emails since Oct. 6 - I do see a message that pops up - it says username or password ***** ***** correct but those have never changed. Another message ( cannot find it now ) said to clear my library - can you help ? Tom
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact make and model of your machine?
Customer: Barnes and Noble Nook.
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Oct 6. The facebook is ok ( Current ) . I have not done any other trouble shooting.
