Start with the seller of the book. Make sure they have attempted to give you the proper credit. If they haven't, or they don't seem cooperative, then contact the phone number on the back of your card. Those people start off on your side and will take the charge off immediately until someone can prove that the charge should still be there. So, the total of what you have to do should be limited to that first call you make to the number on the back of the card. Let me know if you need anything else.
