Suddenly I have lost all the books on my Nook. Was out of town and just returned home. Plugged my Nook in and it has a "Welcome to your new Nook" page on it???
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: ModelBNRV350
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Can't do anything w/it. Set up a new acct to be able to get to the library in it. Nothing! Had abt 120 books on there.
