Kindle will not process payment due to past unpaid purchase. Card details were changed but still not response.
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: Its about 5 years old. Old model.
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: This is for the past month. I have loaded two separate credit cards as alternatives. Still not reflecting on the device. Cannot get any further. Very frustrating.
