I just purchased a new Kindle as my old one died. I need to transfer books, kindle unlimited and billing info to new devise
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?

JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: took it to geek squad as the charger insert is loose. it would have cost more to fix then to buy new one, they said to contact you guys

When you set up the new Kindle you register it with the same Amazon account that you used on the old Kindle.

Then all your books will be available.
