I ordered A book and was told my wi fi was not working. It is now. Please put Ian Mcewan's new book on my kindle
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: I have had it for about five years. I do not know the model
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I know that our wi fi was weak. It has been improved and seems to be working now. Was there a model named "white Paper?"

If the wifi is not working, that means that the Kindle is not connected to the wireless signal. Unplug the power to the wireless router/modem and plug it back in. If that doesn't solve the problem, turn the Kindle off and on. Please, let me know how that turns out.
