Sent a kindle back to Amazon for repair which was delivered 10/21 via UPS tracking #1Z1319760394216075 and have had no response. How can I follow up Thank you, ***** *****
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: It was one of the originals--not sure of model.
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: It developed striated lines over the top half of the kindle viewing screen- I tried all the recommended troubleshooting suggestions and it was still evident.
JA: Anything else you want the ereader expert to know before I connect you?

I do see it was delivered on 10/21, a month ago. My suggestion for faster service is to call Toll free: 1-***-***-****, let them know the reason you are calling and ask about the status of your kindle. Amazon has great support and is generally pretty quick to resolve a problem.
