I just bought a book on kindle and i downloaded the app but I can't seem to access the book
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: mac
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: i haven't tried any trouble shooting I just wanted to buy the book and read it i don't have problems downloading from the internet til now
JA: Anything else you want the ereader expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: no except how do i get a refund. i don't want to spend alot of time trying to get a book it was actually 7.37

  1. Log into www.amazon.com/myk.
  2. Go to Manage Your Content and Devices (the content tab).
  3. From Your Content, select the Actions button next to the title you want to return, and then select Return for Refund.
  4. In the pop-up window, select Return for Refund.
