I hope you can. It seems I CANNOT change from my "expired" VISA to my effective one.
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: I'd guess 3 years at most Paperwhite
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: name it!!!!!!!!!!!! Even took it in to experts they said they simply cannot pair them noone knows why. This has been going on for 5 months or so.
JA: Anything else you want the ereader expert to know before I connect you?

To change the card on file, you will need to do so from a computer. Please try this:

Click here: https://www.amazon.com/mycd

Sign into your account if prompted

From Settings, select Edit Payment Method below Digital Payment Settings.

Select the desired credit card information, or add a new card, and then click Continue.

Enter the desired billing address, and then click Continue. You will be taken back to the Digital Payment Settings page where you can view your edited 1-Click payment method.

Restart your Kindle and try again.
