I have just restarted a Kindle that has been in storage. The date and time are wrong so I can't log on to wifi. I reset the time zone but my Kindle cant't connect because the time and date are incorrect. I can't manually set the time. It can't log on because the time is off, it can't set the time because it can't log on. Help me Dan T., ereader specialist with 140 satisfied cutomers.

Try these steps please.

This is usually caused by a glitch in the firmware and can be resolved by a forced reboot, then your kindle will work normally again. Slide or press and hold the power switch for 40 seconds, then release. Then check.
