Are the books this is happening on books that you have purchased from Kindle?
let's try a quick power reset to see if it clears up the message.Hold the power button for 20 seconds on the Kindle. That will shut it off and restart, then allow up to 3 minutes for the software to load up.Test out the issue, reply back to me with outcome. If does not work we can continue to troubleshoot the issue.
