My kindle no longer sees my wifi network. I've tried turning

Customer Question

My kindle no longer sees my wifi network. I've tried turning my wifi box on and off and I've also reset my kindle several times but nothing seems to work. Do you have any ideas?
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: It's a Kindle No Touch. It's about 4 to 5 years old.
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: The last book I downloaded to it directly was on Oct 4 and I've tried resetting its several times but still nothing
JA: Anything else you want the eReader expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No. That's it. Thanks.

This is usually an issue with the Firmware, so I would first like you to do this please.

Remove the charger from the Kindle and hold the power button to off for 35 seconds.

Release, then connect the charger and try to turn on the Kindle and connect.

Let me know the results please

Thank you
