Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. What's the model of your internet modem / router device?

Is there any error or message when connecting to your Wi-Fi / wireless network name in Wi-Fi / Wireless menu / settings on the Kindle Fire?

Please reply at the box below. Thank you,

Can you please press and hold the Power on / off button on your kindle fire for about 30 seconds, then turn it back on and check?

Please type at the box below, then click on the Send button below to communicate with me, so I can help. Thank you,

I already did. It has the Hp printer name and say Internet service not working.
Expert:  Viet - E-reader Tech replied 1 month ago.

Does it show another network name, besides the printer name on the kindle's screen?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
No, it lists all the networks in the area, including my regular network
Expert:  Viet - E-reader Tech replied 1 month ago.

What's your regular network? What happens when you select your regular network name on the kindle?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
it says "connected"
Expert:  Viet - E-reader Tech replied 1 month ago.

Does your regular network name start with the 3 letters ATT?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
Expert:  Viet - E-reader Tech replied 1 month ago.

So on your kindle, you go to the Wi-Fi / wireless option, then tap on the network name called ATT..., then connect, then it connects fine to your network name ATT right?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
i need it to connect to my printer
Expert:  Viet - E-reader Tech replied 1 month ago.

Sorry, you said the internet was not working on the kindle fire previously. Is the internet / websites currently working on the kindle fire now?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
Internet has been working previously. AT&t gave me an award to connect any device, phone or tablet to my printer. I am trying to connect so I can print from my tablet.
Expert:  Viet - E-reader Tech replied 1 month ago.

I'm sorry. I thought you were having issue with Wi-Fi / internet connection. This issue is about printing; I'm not sure about this, so let me open this issue to other experts. Please do not wait; you will get an email message when there is a response from another expert. Thank you for your patience,
