I'm sorry about the issue. Does your kindle have touchscreen or not?
- Can you please go to the Wi-Fi / Wireless option / menu on your Kindle, and make sure it is connected to your Wi-Fi / wireless network name, then check?
- If needed, can you please disconnect the power cord(s) from your internet modem / router device(s) for a couple of minutes, then re-connect, then wait a few minutes, and try again?
