I just replaced my Kindlepaperwhite which arrived today. My name on Amazon account is Calskindle. I am having difficulty getting started. I have charged the Kindle but the information on the screen is in Japanese. Please help me out. Calvin Annis

It sounds like the language was accidentally set to Japanese. To fix this issue, please call 1-***-***-**** and let them know that your Kindle has the wrong language and you need to set it to English.
