I've forgotten my password. Help please.
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: Old...one of the first...very basic
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Since a couple o months ago when I quit reading for awhile and now don't know the password
JA: Anything else you want the eReader expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: np thannk you. We did get a new router from ATT and have a new wnd user name with them for all WiFi connected devices in our home

I'm sorry about the issue. Is the device a Kindle, or Nook, or iPad, or Android, etc.?

Is it asking for the Wi-Fi / wireless password? Or is it something else?

What is the model of your Internet modem/router device?

Do you have a laptop / wireless computer that is currently connected via wireless? If so, does it have Windows xp, vista, or 7, 8, 10, or Mac?
