I have a sample book loaded but cannot delete it I am told

I have a sample book loaded but cannot delete it I am told that I have bought the book but cannot load the full book
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: Paper white about 2 years old
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: 2 weeks There is no troubleshooting suggestion for this

I'm sorry about the issue. Please press and hold the Power on / off button on your kindle for about 30 seconds, then turn it back on and check.

- Please go to the Wi-Fi / wireless setting on the kindle and make sure it is connected to your wi-fi / wireless network name.

- Please tap and hold on the sample book title, then tap on the option to remove / delete it and check.
