I have to update my Visa card, I have entered all fields ,reader tells me there is a problem
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: Not sure it's about 5 years old
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: All I want to do is put in the new expiry date and it won't accept my details
