The battery of my kindle paper white died this morning. The device will no longer hold any charge. How much would it cost to get the Kindle fixed and where should I send it?

I am sorry you are having an issue with the Kindle.

Let's do a force reset.

Please plug in the Kindle for 15 minutes. Once 15 minutes passes, please press and and hold the power button/on switch for 40 seconds. After you do the reset, please leave it on the charger and let it charge an additional 15 minutes and let me know if it is working.
