I have a kindle white paper. I was tying to down load a book and a message came up that said I had a problem with a pasted payment. Now there is a white box on may screen that I can' remove. Its like it is frozen. My payments come off may debit card each time I buy a book so I don't know what the problem could be.
JA: What's the exact make and model of your printer, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: Its an amazon white page about three years old.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I tryed to turn it off and back on. Tryed to swipe the sreen to change it and nothing happens.

And if there is still issue with payment, please do the following steps:

  1. Click on the Amazon website below:
    https://www.amazon.com/mycd
  2. If prompted, sign in your Amazon account.
  3. Click on Settings.
  4. Click on Edit Payment Method below Digital Payment Settings.
  5. If you have a new credit card or debit card, then select the option Add a card if you have a new credit or debit card. And follow the instructions there. Then you will be taken back to the Digital Payment Settings page where you can view your edited 1-Click payment method.
  6. If you need to update your current card's expiration date, then click on the Amazon website below:

  7. Then there, click on option Manage Payment Options
    , and if prompted, sign in your Amazon account
  8. Then click on your card there.
  9. Then click on Edit.
  10. Then update your card information.
  11. Then click on Save.
