I held the power button down as Randy said and I was able to unlock it,
JA: How long has this been going on?
Customer: It has been acting up for a couple weeks, not letting me order books. I just ordered a new one from Amazon but now mine seems to be working now.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Just the power button. I have another one which is not lighted and tried to use it but do not know my password.
