Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. Please press and hold (or slide and hold) the power on / off button / switch on the kindle for about 45 seconds, then turn it back on and check.

- If that does not work, disconnect the power cord(s) from your internet modem / router device(s) for about 2 minutes, then re-connect, then wait a bit, and check.

; Note: Your wi-fi / wireless password ***** *****

I have reset the kindle. I am sure I have typed in the password ***** Could one of the settings for the wi fi connect have changed.

Yes, that could be the case. Did you also do this:

- Disconnect the power cord(s) from your internet modem / router device(s) for about 2 minutes, then re-connect, then wait a bit, and check.

What is the model of your Internet modem/router device?

Do you have a laptop / wireless computer that is currently connected via wireless? If so, does it have Windows xp, vista, or 7, 8, 10, or Mac?

Please reply at the box below. Thank you.

Do you see any password ***** key at the back / bottom of your internet modem / router device(s)? It is case-sensitive.

- If needed, I can retrieve your wi-fi / wireless password ***** for you.
