Please try a hot reset on the Kindle device, if the software is having an issue this will help restore it back to normal, please plug in the Kindle... wait a few minutes, next while still plugged in, press and hold down the power button for a full complete 45 seconds, release and allow to fully charge.... Can then check for normal functions and access to our game apps?

Hi Carmen were you able to reset and restore your game on your Kindle ? If have already completed the 'hot' reset given and only have an issue with the one game, let me know the name of the game so I can look it up and see if an update is available for it. thanks
