Hi Stephanie,

Did the account work ok with your Kindle before?

Have you done a sync?

Is your Kindle registered to the same account you purchased the books on?

You can go to the Manage Your Kindle page on the Amazon website, click on "actions" next to the book, click on "deliver to" and select your Kindle to resend them.
