When I bought the kindle the store personnel loaded the ebook and i am unable to remember how to access reader to update the payment details. I have recenly changed my Visa credit card.

Please try the following:Click on the Amazon website below:https://www.amazon.com.au/mycdSign in your Amazon account if prompted.Click on SettingsClick on Edit Payment Method below Digital Payment Settings.Select the desired credit card information, or add a new card, and then click Continue.Enter billing address, and then click Continue.
