I have done a hard reset on my kindle, checked my settings and paid for a kindle book. I have gone in many times to manage my devices and delivered the book to my kindle; it isn't there. What should I do?

Hi,

That is very unusual -- Are you sure that you purchased the book on the same Amazon account that the Kindle is registered?
