I just purchased 3 books on my Kobo account and they would be downloaded to my Kobo....but they are not there. What do I do?

  1. Try the steps please, Go to your Home screen.
  2. Tap the Sync tile.
    • If you are within range of a known network, your eReader automatically joins that network and will begin syncing.
    • If that fails, try this next. ..
    • Sync your eReader with Kobo Desktop.
    • If you have more than one Kobo account, make sure the account you’re signed in to is the same account you used to buy the book.
    • Sign out and sign back in to your eReader.
    • Re-download your book.
    • Restore your book on kobo.com.
