I am the person that will be helping you today.
May I ask for the full brand and model of your device?
I will be standing by.
Is it the model that has a keyboard or is it all glass?
Thank you very much for the update.
In your case, the best solution is to factory reset your Nook. Doing so will erase everything on the device including the problems.
Please, follow the instructions below to reset your Nook:- Turn the Nook off (press the power button for 5 seconds)- Hold down the Home key (The Nook 'n' logo below the screen) while at the same time pressing the power button. Hold both down for 30 seconds.- Once you finally see a screen that says "Factory Reset", let go of the buttons.- Press the Home key- Press the Home key again- Now it will clear and allow you to start off fresh without any faults or corruptions.
I look forward to hearing your feedback concerning whether or not your problem is fixed.
I hope to hear back that all is working. If this is so, please do not forget to rate my help on the top of this page (choose the number of stars and click the Submit button). If it is not, please respond below.
