The only connection to my laptop is the regular power cord

I understand, but where does your wifi come from? It usually goes through a modem or router which turns the signal into a wireless signal. Where does the signal originate from in your home?

Expert:  Sijad H. replied 1 year ago.

What password ***** you use to connect your laptop to the wifi? Have you tried using the same one to get wifi on your kindle? Remember the password ***** ***** sensitive.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I have no idea. It's all thru AT&T is all I know
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Do I need to talk to AT&T
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I have tried my AT&T password, my computer password, amazon password ***** non work.
I did nothing setting up the Wi-Fi. AT&T came in and set everything up and gave me a user id
and a password

AT&T should have installed a router and modem in your home in order for you to have wifi. Something you can check is through your online account. Do you have an online account with AT&T for billing and things like that? If you do, CLICK HERE and log in. Under troubleshooting, you should find manage my wifi. There, you should be able to find your password.

If that does not work, then you will need to call(###) ###-#### ***** can tell you where to locate your modem and router since they installed it. They may have your wifi password ***** hand as well.
