Customer Question

I have an older Kindle Paperwhite. I just bought a newer one. How do I transfer the downloaded content on the old machine to the new machine?

Hello, I’m Nathan, and I’ll be assisting you today. My livelihood depends on your positive feedback, so your satisfaction is my highest priority. Sorry to hear you’re having trouble. There is actually no transfer possible (or necessary), between the actual kindle devices.Any content you have purchased previously is stored on the amazon "cloud" servers. Once you go through the initial setup process on the new kindle (connect to wifi, register to your account), so long as you register it to the same amazon account, your prior purchases will automatically be available on the new one.
