I am so dumb....It isn't my kindle that is the problem. It is my Samsung 10.1 tablet. Don't know where my head was.
Expert:  Josh replied 1 year ago.
No problem. I have done that before! The easiest way to fix this issue is by doing a factory reset which will wipe the tablet clear and start fresh. Would you like the steps for it?

Is there another way or is this the best?
Expert:  Josh replied 1 year ago.
This is the best way unfortunately. There are other methods that have worked for some people but rarely works for the majority. From the Home screen, navigate: Apps > Settings > Privacy.Tap Factory data reset.Tap Reset tablet.Tap Erase everything.

I can't find the Privacy on the settings menu
