It's a Kobo. It is working OK, except when I try to buy a book. When I press the "confirm" your buy, I get a banner that says, "Oops! We have

a problem."

Thanks for the reply. Which Kobo is this- Kobo Glo? Also how long have you owned it for? In other words, was it working fine before and then suddenly gave you this error?
