Hi! My name is XXXXX XXXXX X will be assisting you. Please rate my answer quality on the service that I provide. Let's get started!I am very sorry to hear that because liquid damage is very tough to resolve. The one thing that you can try to do is use the rice method which is submerge the device in white rice and allow it to sit for 24 hours. After the 24 hours are up, remove the Kindle and attempt to use it again. The white rice will soak up any liquid that it can touch and hopefully resolve your issue. After 24 hours, if the Kindle is still damaged then you will need to contact Amazon Kindle support for a replacement. Liquid damage is not covered under their warranty but they will offer you a discount for a newer Kindle since you are a repeating customer and they take their customer satisfaction seriously. Here is their number ---> 1-866-321-8851I wish you the best of luck and hope that the rice method works for you! Please remember to only rate my answer when you are 100% satisfied. Please note you are rating my help and not the site or the solution only my help. If you feel the need to rate "POOR SERVICE" or "BAD SERVICE", please stop and reply to me via the Reply To Expert or Continue Conversation button with the issue you have. I will be happy to continue further and do everything I can to provide you with the service you seek.
