My kobo e-reader shows that the battery is fully charged,but when I go to read the print is very faint. Help.
Already Tried: I have fully charged it, but the type face did not darken.

I have restarted it and the print is still really faint. I am just comparing this to the darkness when I first received it.

In that case can you please tell me how I can keep the books that I have purchased from being deleted. I will be sending the unit back to Kobo, but would like to retain all my purchases.

I have called the number you suggested and we did a factory restart and the problem still persisted. The man will contact their return department and the unit will have to be repaired or replaced. Thank you for your help.
