I have lost or seem to have lost the information to connect to the internet in order to purchase books serial number B008A0A011221R5Q ino Lynn Durret How do I reset wifi settings HELP!!

 



Already Tried:
Have switched my black box for internet server on and off but can get on my laptop so not server must be KIndle problem ..not very good with this type of thing so need to get wifi settings done

Sorry can not allow that just need you to tell me how to reset my WIFI on the Kindle do not know how to do this Can not give you access to computer sorry company info sensitive on this . Please just give me steps to rest WIFI info on Kindle THANKS

You do not have to reset any such item on the Kindle. That will not help.

On the kindle, simply go to Menu > WIFI > disconnect from your signal and reconnect.
