My nook orginally would not turn nor charge. Finally it did charge and turned on. Now however it wont turn on nor can I acess any of the programs. It simply seems stuck on the start up screen. Is there a reset button? if not what do you suggest?
Optional Information: Make: B & N nook Already Tried: Holding down the on/off switch for several seconds there is no response. The screen does not change from the "start up" screen
Hello and thank you for using JustAnswer.Try pressing and holding the power button for 20 seconds. If this doesn't reset it, let me know.
If this did not correct it, plug it into the charger for 15 minutes. After that and while still plugged in, press and hold the power button for 30 seconds. Let me know the approximate purchase date if this fails as well.
